Adoracion Nocturna

Mission Statement: This Spanish Ministry meets weekly for prayer and fellowship. Meeting Dates are Tuesday from 7-8 p.m. Holy Family Classroom #5. And prays in adoration to the Blessed Sacrament every first Saturday of the month at Holy Family Church from 6 p.m. to 9 a.m. (Men only after 9 p.m.)

Eucharistic Adoration

Mission Statement: The Sacred Heart Chapel is open for Adoration from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m., daily. The chapel is located at the rear of St. Mary’s Church. The Chapel is open to all people regardless of their state in life. In order to enter, each person must receive an assignment to the door code at the Good Shepherd Catholic Parish Office during business hours.  For security, the Sacred Heart Chapel is locked from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m., nightly.  Our Lord is there for us, and waits for us.

Evangelization Retreats & Small Communities (English & Spanish)

Mission Statement: We are working to Evangelize all of God’s Children. We want to help others to have a personal and intimate encounter with Jesus and be part of a weekly small community through which they will become active parish members.

 

Ministry Events: Check the parish calendar regularly for upcoming Evangelizations Retreats available in both English and Spanish. Two-day Evangelization Retreats are held locally in our own parish and can be life-changing experiences for those who attend with an open mind and open heart.

Grupo de Oracion
(Ministry for Spanish Speaking parishioners)

Mission Statement: Evangelize all of baptized and take them to a personal encounter with Jesus the Lord and the Messiah. We meet at Holy Family classrooms every Monday from 7-9 p.m. for catechesis. Two Spanish prayer groups meet weekly on Wednesdays from 7-9 p.m. at Holy Family and St. Thomas Hall in Goshen.

 

Ministry Events: The group also holds a book sale every Wednesday in June and July.
