Bethlehem Center: Operations Continue as Scheduled During Organizational Restructuring
Here at the Bethlehem Center we’d like to make our community and partners aware that we’ve implemented several changes to our internal organizational structure in order to allow us to continue the growth that we’ve begun to see over the past few years. While change sometimes take some adjustment, we are proud to be able to assure our community partners that as we restructure our operations, we will continue to provide our current services uninterrupted.
Our mission continues to be “Providing Food and clothes to those in need, and resources through community agencies, in an atmosphere of dignity and respect.”
We are excited to continue to fulfill that mission through our food pantry, dining hall, clothing voucher program, resource center and various programs at our facilities.
We invite our partners to continue to follow our growth and stay up to date on our seasonal offerings and opportunities by following us on Facebook at facebook.com/bethlehemcentervisalia or on our website www.bethcenter.org.
Our next big project involves bringing new volunteer groups into our kitchen/dining hall operations. We are seeking groups of 5-10 members to commit to once a month breakfast or lunch service on weekdays. This is a great opportunity for businesses to foster staff bonding, or service groups to fulfill their own community-centered missions. To learn more about our group volunteering opportunities, please contact the Bethlehem Center Administration office at 559-734-1572 and ask to speak to our volunteer coordinator.
We look forward to sending more exciting news about our Bethlehem Center in the near future.
